The Indian Institute of Creative Technologies (IICT) — India's AVGC-XR lighthouse under the Ministry of I&B — is building world-class labs (motion capture, DI suites, photogrammetry) and aims to create 10,000+ domain experts and skill 1M+ learners by 2035. They train the talent. We build the entrepreneurship pipeline around it.
